hiya,i was wondering if i do this about 5 days a week, morning and night, could i get a flat stomach in about 2 months?

@YouTips4U oh okay thanks by the way all your videos are really helpful keep up the good work,

Hi, that depends on what shape your tummy is in right now. I always recommend that you do your ab workouts every other day or at least 3 times a week for best results. Also, if you have weight to lose it will take longer for your to see your flat tummy.

Hi, ab workouts do also work out your neck muscles. You neck muscles may not be used to supporting your head off the ground for any length of time. This should get better with time, unless you have problems with your neck muscles. Just stop doing exercises as soon as you feel any discomfort. Let it rest and heal before resuming your ab workout again. Then only go as far as is comfortable. If you find this is a constant problem, you may have to do ab exercises without raising your head.

Thanks for getting back to me on “the wheel.” If you’d lke, I would be happy to send you one so you can try it. I find it amazingly effective, but I would really appreciate your views. Let me know if you’d like me to send you one. Thanks.

Hi, I have not tried it so I really can’t say. I do think it uses a lot of your upper body strength much like a push up does, but not having performed with it I really can’t say how your abs or core feel. If I come across one, I will be sure to let you know.

Do you think “the wheel” is a good exercise. Lately I’ve been using the wheel and I really like it. But I wondering if you thought it was a safe exercise. Thank you.

Hi, for best results, I would recommend the cardio too. That’s how you burn the excess calories that are in your midsection. Although you are thin, you can still have areas where you accumulate fat cells. Cardio 3-4 times a week will help you shed that and the ab work will help shape and tone that area. Just be sure you don’t cut calories if you don’t want to lose weight.

Hi, I’m glad you liked it. This is actually an excerpt from a 45 minute complete ab workout challenge DVD that I created. The full video is available for rental on YouTube. Many of my international subscribers cannot rent it as it is not available in their country as of yet, so I was able to put up a portion for them to workout to. I will try to put up additional segments in the future. If you would like to rent the entire ab challenge video, it is available on my channel.

Hi, I love your videos so much! They are incredibly helpful for me :) One question though, I am pretty skinny (5′ 7” and 115 lbs) but i have fat near my stomach and obliques and lovehandles, so I want to have a flatter stomach. In order to acheive this, is cardio everyday neccessary? or would it be better to just do excercises like this that work mainly the midrif? what would you recommend to get the best results? Thanks so much!! :D

  13. YouTips4U says:

Hi, you can do it every other day. Whatever time of the day is most convenient for you. Be sure not to do it right after you eat. You want to wait at least 2 hours after you have a meal to do ab work.
